This pre-engineered building addition included a therapy pool, Jacuzzi room, locker rooms, lounge, offices, retail space, hand therapy, treatment and massage rooms, classrooms, laundry, storage and mechanical areas. The project had been designed previously by another firm. However, bids received were over budget and the project was halted. We introduced a Design-Build process and we were able to stay within the client's budget and maintain their original design needs.
