We provided complete architectural services for these one-story independent living centers. The buildings contain dwelling units, library, laundry, office, kitchen, storage areas, gathering areas, carports, and garages. Ten percent of the units are designed for the hearing impaired and are ADA adaptable. The first facility was so successful that Evan Lloyd Associates was hired to design a second facility - Seasons Under The Oaks - near the original location. The second facility mimics the stylings and layout of the original.
