The buildings consist of slab-on-grade floors, masonry walls, steel framing, epoxy flooring, and shingled and EPDM roofs. The project includes complete design of the plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and security systems. We were also responsible for kitchen and medical equipment designs, security fencing, historical assessment (ILHABS), and the demolition of the existing security building.
