We surveyed the existing facility and grounds, provided structural, mechanical, and electrical assessments and made recommendations. Renovation options were presented and a master plan was established. Renderings were developed. We provided architectural and engineering services for this multi-phase renovation project (Phase 1) included a new elevator, new restrooms, entry lobby addition, extensive interior realignment and remodeling, exterior facade modifications, including new glazing systems, and the upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems. Phase 2 plans for a future education wing.
