This one-story daycare facility with brick veneered stud walls and asphalt single roof system includes a multi-purpose room, classrooms for children, lobby, restrooms, kitchen, offices, lounge, storage and mechanical rooms, playground area, parking lot, and landscaping. Special considerations for children with special needs were included. This new construction project was developed through the Design-Build process.
