Evan Lloyd Associates, Inc. provided architectural services for this design/build project consisting of a 3,074 square foot one story, stud framed, brick veneer addition. The addition included a boardroom with a small kitchen, offices, a work area with cubicles and counter, a storage room, restrooms and site work. The project also involved correcting water infiltration into the existing building.
